Shipping and return policy

Shipping

Normally shipments are sent within 1-2 working days. If you haven’t received your order after 4 working days, please let us know so we can sort it out.

Track and trace code

After you have ordered from PlexiDirect.co.uk, you will receive an email with the order confirmation. As soon as your order is shipped, you will also automatically receive the track-and-trace code so you can see where your order is and when it will be delivered.

Damage during transport

If (part of) your order is damaged during transport, please contact us as soon as possible. In consultation with our carrier, we will make an inventory of the damage and, if necessary, deliver a new product.

In case of damage during transport, you must complain to us within 3 working days after receipt of your order. If you fail to do so, the damage cannot be recovered from the carrier and therefore cannot be compensated to you.

Return policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased online, you may return it to us within 5 working days of receiving the product.

In all cases, please contact us first before making a return. To do so, send an e-mail to [email protected] or contact us in any other way. Please clearly state your name, order date and order number.

N.B.
– Custom made products and used products cannot be returned.
– If the protective film of the plexiglass screens has been removed, the products cannot be returned.

The costs and risk of the return shipment are at the expense of the sender. After receipt and verification of your return, the invoice amount (minus shipping costs) will be refunded to you, as long as the product is 100% in new condition. PlexiDirect reserves the right to refuse returned products or to credit only part of the invoice amount if the product has already been used or damaged.

Defective product

In the event of a faulty product, please also state the reason for the return and include any photos of the product and/or packaging.

After evaluation and approval of your return request you will receive a confirmation email from us. You must send the product to us in its original packaging and postage paid.
